After a bit of a long trade process the Oakland Raiders finally managed to acquire RB Marshawn Lynch from the Seattle Seahawks. Lynch hasn’t sewn the field in about 2 seasons due to him retiring but he did decide to come out of retirement to play for his hometown team.

Lynch will replace Latavius Murray who signed with the Vikings earlier in offseason. Lynch is a good fit for an Oakland team that’s probably going to run the ball a bit more to take some pressure off of QB Dereck Carr or his backups should he get injured again. In his last season he rushed for 417 yards and 3 TDs
